Souparnika day celebrations had drawing competition by all of us. I'd participated, and I won a prize !

And this is my piece of art .  It was well appreciated  by all the visitors !

I could draw a house, flower, flower pots, a boat, a fish in the deep blue waters, and ofcourse ... the Sun !

There was a huge crowd attending the celebrations. Winning a prize and their claps is not simple,  you know !

Republic day celebrations

It's Republic Day today. We all celebrate it here as "Souparnika day".
The prograrmmes start at 8 AM with National Flag hoisting.  I've attended the function.  And I 'd visited the venue of the evening celebrations. Look here !

Both are 60 now. Ami is 60 days and Appooppa is 60 years !  And I am (just over) 60 months !

And my circus ! Do you like this ?  Everyone at home says, they don't like !!

Makaravilakku celebrations

On Saturday, it was Makarasankranthi day.  I didn't go to Sastha temple, Thycaud.  Appooppa had been there in the morning. He showed me this scene from the temple.

But I had been to Sastha temple, Vattiyoorkavu, in the evening.  Panchavaadyam was too loud, but interesting. Aazhi (karpooram) was too hot and scaring !  Look here...

But, the most interesting was the Paayasam ! I enjoyed a full cup !

GEMS and the Universe

Appooppa told me a story yesterday.
Kannan - Lord Krishna - was very naughty when he was a child. When he was playing in the courtyard, his mother Yasodha asked him to open his mouth (just to check whether he had gulped some soil). Kannan opened his mouth, and Yasodha could see the whole universe ! That's a godly game !

I know that's a story, with a meaning.  But please look into MY mouth... I'll open it for all of you. Look here ... !

My School day

Hai all,
I am a Loyolite.  I am proud of that ! That's why I was particular to attend the Schoolday on last Saturday (8th).
Appooppa and Ammoomma took me there. Look... I've a few snaps for you.

Last day, I made a mistake. While I was lighting an agarbathi, it touched my cheek. Look, the burn ! But that's healing... OK !
